Our Service

1. Before sale
We confirm volume, wall thickness and refill compatibility before production, and send samples so the inner tube fit is checked on a real piece.

2. After sale
If any batch does not match the approved sample, we replace the defective pieces and trace the cause with our production team. What we want to achieve is a good long term relationship, not a one off sale.
